(Valid as RSPP and ASPP update for all ATECO macro-sectors and for safety coordinators)

OBJECTIVES

Provide participants with the appropriate tools to be able, after passing the final exam, to obtain one of the requirements established by the Permanent Advisory Commission for Health and Safety at Work

TOPICS

Module 1: effective communication, the figure of the trainer; module 2: training process (analysis of training needs, planning, delivery, verification of learning), classroom agreement, disruptors, facilitators; Module 3: Teaching methods, risk perception

RECIPIENTS

Technicians, trainers and safety consultants, employees and managers of the prevention and protection service and all those who already have technical knowledge related to safety and health in the workplace intend to operate in the field of training by applying methods that are as interactive as possible.

The training course ends with a final exam that, if passed, enables the participant to teach specific topics and subjects present in different training programs. The exam itself will constitute the certification of the skills acquired.

It is specified that the presence of at least 95% of the hours is mandatory, because only in this way will you be entitled to the issue of the Certificate of qualification "Qualified Teacher" SIA Abruzzo.
