OBJECTIVES
The aim of the course is to provide professional knowledge for the elaboration, implementation and management of projects through the collaboration and coordination of the professional figures involved.
The project manager must prepare for the execution of the project by making sure that the resources and time envisaged are adequate and assess the risks that could derive from it.
It must also be responsible for controlling and monitoring the project and reprogramming it if necessary.
He will have to manage every phase of the project until its closure, carry out the reports and communicate the results.
