A 16.b &#8211; The trainer for safety at work"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Specialization course with qualifying exam<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>(Valid as RSPP and ASPP update for all ATECO macro-sectors and for safety coordinators)<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">OBJECTIVES<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Provide participants with the appropriate tools to be able, after passing the final exam, to obtain one of the requirements established by the Permanent Advisory Commission for Health and Safety at Work<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">TOPICS<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6.0pt 22.9pt .0001pt 0cm;\">Module 1: effective communication, the figure of the trainer; module 2: training process (analysis of training needs, planning, delivery, verification of learning), classroom agreement, disruptors, facilitators; Module 3: Teaching methods, risk perception<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">RECIPIENTS<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Technicians, trainers and safety consultants, employees and managers of the prevention and protection service and all those who already have technical knowledge related to safety and health in the workplace intend to operate in the field of training by applying methods that are as interactive as possible.<\/p>\n<p><em>The training course ends with a final exam that, if passed, enables the participant to teach specific topics and subjects present in different training programs.
